- Limited liability company … 200.000,- Kč
- Joint-stock company … 2.000.000,- Kč
30 % required at the time of establishment … 600.000,- Kč- European company … 120.000 EUR
30 % required at the time of establishment … 40.000 EURThis deposit remains blocked in the account for the duration of the establishment process and is only released by the bank after the company has been incorporated in the Commercial Register.
